Return & Refund Policy
Ratin Special is a digital product (an After Effects panel with a license key). Because of this, returns and refunds are not available once a key has been delivered, except in the cases below.
You are eligible for a refund if
- You paid but did not receive your license key within 24 hours, and we could not fix the problem.
- You were charged twice for the same order (the extra amount will be refunded).
- The panel does not run on a supported setup (After Effects 2023, 2024, 2025+ on Windows or macOS), you told us within 7 days, and we could not resolve it.
You are not eligible for a refund if
- You activated the license and simply changed your mind.
- The issue is caused by an unsupported device or After Effects version.
- The license was shared, resold or misused (the license may also be revoked).
How to request a refund
- Message us on WhatsApp with your name, account email and TrxID.
- We will review your request and reply within 2–3 working days.
- If approved, the money is returned within 7 working days, to the same method you paid with (bKash, Nagad or Binance). Payment charges may be deducted.
Good to know
- When a refund is issued, the related license key is cancelled.
- Changing your computer is not a refund case. Message us on WhatsApp and we will re-bind your key (1 device at a time).
